When I grew up in Czech Republic 30 years ago, before I moved to live in USA,
my idol was Mr. Bata the biggest shoe producer in the world. www.Bata.com
My grandmother spoke about this company often about worldwide success.
She knew one family working closely with Mr. Bata. I met with them and it was
fascinating how they expanded around the world from small Czech Republic
(before name Czechoslovakia) and especially to India.
All my life I followed this company. I even visited Bata HQ in Switzerland.
I also try to expand our business around the world.
I was impressed that they have big presence in India.
Any time I met somebody from India, they knew Bata shoes.
Bata India is the largest retailer and leading manufacturer of footwear in India and
is a part of the Bata Shoe Organization. Incorporated as Bata Shoe Company Private
Limited in 1931, the company was set up initially as a small operation in Konnagar (near Calcutta) in 1932.

I also loved watch all about India. I planned that one day I will do business in India.
All started be ready in 2018 to access Indian market in 2019.

I have plan to create Mumbai Group.
My dream is that one day I will travel around all India and will try lot of local food and will see beauty of India. I will also visit Bata shops on the way. Lot to do when they have about 1500 in India.
